Yes, we were fishing on the North side of the island.
No, that's not the story we want to share with you now.
Our Instagram account got hacked. Dang, it hurts.
We realized about fifteen minutes after our beloved account suddenly started posting iPhone sales – when we were grilling our freshly caught fish and suddenly our appetite vanished. But we were hungry, so what could we do?
Did one of us accidentally click on a random link? It doesn't feel like it. And we've been using the security features provided by the platform to the fullest. We don't know where the loophole is, and honestly, we still don't know how to prevent a similar incident in the future. Knock on wood.
In short, we've tried every method we know, from formal channels (hey Zuck, you're system are not helping, Man, really) to informal ones. YouTube tutorials to hiring famous experts. It's like a battle between good and evil sorcery.
But fate had other plans. After all the battle 'til this January, our beloved account couldn't be recovered.
Oh well.
Are we sad? Surely, yes. Losing our Instagram account made us miss some opportunities, and it might have had unpleasant and challenging impacts on all of you, our friends, and customers. For that, we apologize.
We are well aware that numbers, whether followers, performance insights, or any other statistics within the features, impact many aspects of our activities. We adore you a lot and are thankful for all of you who followed us on our old account.
But the sadness is brief, and there's no need to dwell on it. We hope we all know that our relationship is not limited to that, because we are confident and optimistic about what we will do together in the future.
We are ready to start new fun together, through activities and, of course the best products we can offer, hopefully accepted worldwide.
On the other hand, maybe this is the right time to start the year and embark on our other dreams with a fresher style. Thanks to you for your deeply support to us, and please spread our new account to your friends and colleagues.
